01Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you", "client") and My SEO Expert ("we", "us", "our"), a digital marketing agency based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

By using myseoexpert.in, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice or asking us to start work, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or service agreement includes different terms, that document takes priority for the points it covers.

02Our services

We provide digital marketing and web services, including:

• Search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO and AI search optimization (GEO / AEO)
• Google Ads and pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management
• Social media optimization and social media management
• WordPress and Shopify website design and development

The exact services, deliverables and timelines for each client are set out in their proposal, quote or service agreement.

03Proposals and scope

• Proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent unless they say otherwise.
• Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and the first payment is received.
• Anything not listed in the agreed scope is extra work. We will share a separate quote and only start after you approve it.
• Website projects include the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions may be charged.

04Fees and payment

• Monthly services such as SEO, social media and ads management are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• Website projects are billed in milestones as stated in the proposal, usually with an advance payment before work starts and the balance before the website goes live or files are handed over.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless the invoice states another due date.
• Prices are shown in the currency stated on the proposal or invoice. Bank charges, payment gateway fees and currency conversion costs are paid by the client.
• If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is cleared. Paused time does not extend the deadlines we committed to.
• We may review our pricing for ongoing services with at least 30 days' written notice.

05No guaranteed results

Search engines, AI platforms and social networks control their own algorithms and change them often. Results also depend on your industry, competition, website history, budget and how quickly changes are approved.

What we do commit to is following ethical, white-hat practices that meet search engine guidelines, doing the work agreed in your proposal, and reporting honestly on progress.

06Client responsibilities

To help us deliver results on time, you agree to:

• Provide the access, logins, content, images and information we need, in a timely manner.
• Review and approve work, content and changes within a reasonable time.
• Make sure that any content, images, logos and trademarks you give us are yours or that you have permission to use them.
• Make sure your products, services and claims comply with the laws and regulations that apply to your business.
• Not make changes to your website, ad accounts or profiles during a project that may undo our work without telling us first.

Delays in access, content or approvals may push back timelines. We are not responsible for results affected by such delays or by changes made without our involvement.

07Ad spend and third-party platforms

• Advertising budgets (ad spend) are paid by the client directly to the platform, such as Google or Meta, and are separate from our management fees, unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, apps, stock images and software subscriptions are paid by the client unless included in the proposal.
• We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, disapproved ads or algorithm updates made by third-party platforms. We will help you resolve such issues where we can.

08Ownership of work

• Once all invoices for a project are paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you, such as website design, content, graphics and ad copy.
• Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of My SEO Expert.
• Ad accounts, analytics properties and business profiles should be owned by you. We will work through access you grant us and will not claim ownership of your accounts.
• We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes, report formats and know-how used to deliver the work.
• Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may mention you as a client and show non-confidential work and results in our portfolio and marketing.

09Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information, login details, data and strategies shared during the engagement, and to use them only for the purpose of the project. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10Cancellation and termination

• Monthly services can be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice, unless your proposal sets a minimum term. The final month's fee is payable for the notice period.
• Website projects cancelled after work has started are charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and the advance payment is not refunded.
• We may end an engagement immediately if invoices remain unpaid for more than 15 days after the due date, or if we are asked to do anything unlawful, unethical or against platform guidelines.
• When an engagement ends, we will hand over completed and paid-for work, and you should remove our access to your accounts.

11Refunds

Because our services involve time and expertise that cannot be returned, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. This includes monthly service fees for a billing cycle that has started.

If we are unable to start a project after receiving payment for reasons on our side, we will refund the unused amount in full. Any refund is issued to the original payment method, minus any non-recoverable payment gateway or bank charges.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My SEO Expert is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the 3 months before the claim arose.

13Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold My SEO Expert harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from content or materials you provided, your products or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14Use of our website

• The content on myseoexpert.in, including text, graphics, blog posts and videos, belongs to My SEO Expert and may not be copied or republished without our permission.
• Blog posts and resources are for general information only and are not professional advice for your specific situation.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or try to harm, hack or overload it.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through friendly discussion first. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and existing clients will be informed of significant changes by email.
